At the end, it depends on your learning style & how you retain info the best. With the nearness of your exam, if you have a few hours to spare, you could go through a deck in less time by increasing your daily limit, and then having heavy reviews until your exam. As far as how many cards would be matured, most likely not many, but it does give you the chance to see every card. So if a deck has 5,000 cards, and you set your new limit to 100, you’d see every card at least once in 50 days. Pankow is great for P/S btw) but you can take the total number of cards/your daily limit for cards to see how long it would take you to see all the cards in a deck. I’m not sure how many cards are in the deck you’re referring to (I think Mr. Targeted practice Q’s in your weak areas may be better for score improvement than Anki, since you mentioned you’ve already used MileDown for several months.
